Sonogram at 18 1/2 weeks...

Below is a video of today's sonogram. It's 4 minutes long, so watch as much as you like. You can see movement, hear the heartbeat, and, if you watch long enough you'll find out if Gavin is going to have a brother or a sister!!

Finally....we're going to get Gavin!!!

We got our travel dates today! Thank God, we're finally able to go back and get Gavin!!

Sep 09 - arriving in Moscow

Sep 10 - leaving Moscow for Abakan

Sep 13 - court

Sep 15 - arriving back in Moscow

Sep 17-18 - Embassy

Sep 19-20 - Consulate Registration

Sep 21 - leaving Moscow for the US.

Passports

Our passports were returned to us yeasterday with visas to Russia approved for travel 8/27-9/27 so hopefully that means we'll get our travel dates this week. We're just waiting for Abakan to give us our court date. Hopefully we'll get a decent advance notice to get our tickets. We'll post as soon as we know something.

Still waiting, ugh!

We thought we'd have our travel dates by now. I'm calling our agency everyday to ask for an update. It's really frustrating, this wait keeps getting longer and longer. I really hope we find out no later than the end of this week. We can't understand why it's taking so long!

NEWS!!!

They told us that we will be going and the end of August/beginning of September and to go ahead and send for our visas. We will get our exact travel dates next week. YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Not getting any easier....

Now we've been told that our agency's contact in Russia is on vacation this week. So we won't hear anything until next week. The waiting is not getting any easier and feels like it's never ending.

Maybe this week?.........

We did get the last document last week, but then there was something they didn't like about it and we had to redo it. I got that done today so now we "think" we're done with paperwork again and hope that this will finally be the week that we find out when we're going back to get Gavin. I'll post as soon as we know something.

Getting closer...

We are waiting for 1 more document to come then we hope that's all they are going to ask for. Maybe we will get a court date by the end of the week, I hope, I hope, I hope!!

Now they're asking for yet more documents. It's so frustrating, I don't know when we're going to get to go back. We are spinning our wheels. Pray for us to get to return to get Gavin soon!
